Google and LEGO have teamed up to bring the iconic blocks into the Chrome browser. Now you can use Build with Chrome to construct 3D LEGO works of art or just browse other people’s creations.
Google first debuted this technology as an experiment in 2012 but today, it has released the tool for everyone. The web app works in desktop versions of Chrome as well as on Chrome for Android. Build with Chrome leverages social networking via Google+ to share your creations with your friends. If you consent to share your location with Build with Chrome, you can browse lego creations by location which is of course powered by Google Maps.
To give Build with Chrome a try, open up Chrome and head over to www.buildwithchrome.com.
